Day 85 of Meta and the sunrise to remember...

Today is day 85. I feel like dragging it all. I really do. Because I don't want Meta to finish. And no, I am not doing it on purpose, it happens, but I do have the feeling that I want to stop time for a while and hang in there - in that last level. Is it because I am not completely satisfied with the results? I might have been eating a bit too much, I can't check my weight as there are no scales. I have been having problems sticking to the workouts every day, because there is always so so so much to do.

But anyway. Enough of self pity :) The good news - I did day 85 today! 5 more days folks! Just 5 more days! It has been a great wonderful time! Today I did the workout in the evening, but it is still kicking my ass. Some of the MS exercises I can repeat after Tracy, some I really have to stop every 5-10 reps and rest for some seconds. It is tough!!!

But today was a great day. It actually felt too long and may be even as if it were two days. In the morning (well, at night) we woke up at 3:30 and went to see the sunrise on top of the mountain. Well guess what? If it is 15 degrees C here during the day, it was 0 up on the top. But boy was it so worth it!!! We went with 3 (!!!) ski lifts to the very top (where the skiers are even not normally allowed) of Mont Fort. We even saw the Mont Blanc - the highest peak in Western Europe (we don't count the Russian Elbrus, which is higher hohoho... :D) But all in all, guys, judge for yourself - it was even more beautiful in real life!!!

Most of these pictures - simply no comments... We were too frozen to really appreciate it all right there. But after doing this great trip, having these pictures.... We definitely will remember this for a lifetime.

Do you know what it is like to go from about 15 degrees to 0? This is what it is like... And a hoody doesn't help! There was snow! In the middle of July. Boy was I freezing!

There is Mont Blanc behind me...  Yeah!

A leisurely ride on a ski lift is nice when the sun is already out and the air is getting warmer. :)

How big is the difference when you go down... and note - not all the way down!

All in all, great day! We had a small breakfast after the sunrise and crashed for a nap. Then Liuba did a lot of "window-shopping" online, tried to work and workout. Well, the day was good anyway. :)

Enjoy your surroundings people!

Hiking...

I did day 84 yesterday - I think, but today we went off for a hike...

I mean we ARE in one of the most beautiful places in the world, with countless opportunities for outdoor activities, like hiking, cycling, picnicking, etc. etc. So, we decided to take advantage of that. And we did NOT regret it! But to leave some energy for me to work afterwards, we decided to do an easy-ish hike - mostly flat-ish and downhill. So we took a ski-lift to the top and then hiked across the mountain-picks for 1.5 hours, and then started the descend,  which took us another 1.5 hours. It was absolutely and totally beautiful!!! And folks, this time I was all prepared, and even though we both were tired by the end, it was doable and I didn't complain once! :)

We didn't regret our decision to hike. Not for a second. The views were magnificent, the weather - warm, and I managed not to burn. I loved the exercise, and truly after 3 hours of hiking, we both were exhausted, but in a good way. I did want to do the MS in the evening, but then I got too tired. So, we are off to the mountains tomorrow again - to see the sunrise!!! And I will try to continue the MS. It is indeed hard to do, when you are travelling and are not in a consistent routine. Sigh. :)

Just some views on our way :)
Just a view... You get used to the beauty of nature so fast... It was at 2400 meters, my head was spinning a bit,a nd it was getting hard to breath. But magnificent still!

Little mountain river... Beautiful and refreshing... :)

Yes, cows. Just like that. We are in Switzerland after all... There were lots of them!

The water of this mountain lake was really cold!!!! :)))

All in all, we saw everything one should see in Swiss Alps (in the summer at least): mountains, snow, lake, mountain rivers and small waterfalls, pastures and cows, forests... Great day!!!

Laugh laugh laugh: be healthy, live longer!

My joke of the day:

My bf is hugging me and slowly starts checking out my bottom. I ask “Anything you like?” (cheeky!) Well he really surprises me then when he says “Mmmm yeah. Before I had to look for your ass, now it is right out there”.

Hmmm if you think I was pleased, you don’t know me :) I was furious… And then he had to explain for about half an hour with the puppy eyes of his that it was meant to be a compliment – of my workouts… You can’t imagine how hard I laughed after that. :)

So, I don't know if you heard, but laughter is good for you! GOOD GOOD GOOD! There is a lot of research on it too - and I mean, being a PhD student, scientific research!

R. Morgan Griffith writes:
We change physiologically when we laugh. We stretch muscles throughout our face and body, our pulse and blood pressure go up, and we breathe faster, sending more oxygen to our tissues.
People who believe in the benefits of laughter say it can be like a mild workout -- and may offer some of the same advantages as a workout.

"The effects of laughter and exercise are very similar," says [Steve] Wilson. "Combining laughter and movement, like waving your arms, is a great way to boost your heart rate."
One pioneer in laughter research, William Fry, claimed it took ten minutes on a rowing machine for his heart rate to reach the level it would after just one minute of hearty laughter.
And laughter appears to burn calories, too. Maciej Buchowski, a researcher from Vanderbilt University, conducted a small study in which he measured the amount of calories expended in laughing. It turned out that 10-15 minutes of laughter burned 50 calories.
While the results are intriguing, don't be too hasty in ditching that treadmill. One piece of chocolate has about 50 calories; at the rate of 50 calories per hour, losing one pound would require about 12 hours of concentrated laughter!

But then again, it is not exactly certain whether it is just laughter, or also the general optimism and active social life which usually come along with laughter, which are more important.

Laughter, [Robert R.] Provine believes, is part of a larger picture. "Laughter is social, so any health benefits might really come from being close with friends and family, and not the laughter itself."

In his own research, Provine has found that we're thirty times more likely to laugh when we're with other people than when we're alone. People who laugh a lot may just have a strong connection to the people around them. That in itself might have health benefits.

Wilson agrees there are limits to what we know about laughter's benefits.

"Laughing more could make you healthier, but we don't know," he tells WebMD. "I certainly wouldn't want people to start laughing more just to avoid dying -- because sooner or later, they'll be disappointed."

But we all know that laughing, being with friends and family, and being happy can make us feel better and give us a boost -- even though studies may not show why.

All in all, laughter won’t reverse the death and make us live forever. It is NOT a bad habit though, it might give some positive effects both on our physical and social health – so why not go for it?!

Fondue

So if you are in Switzerland, you can not NOT try and eat cheese... And what is the famous promoted Swiss cheese specialty? FONDUE!!!

So we had fondue today. The recipe existed around the places here since about 17th century... And the basic idea is that it is grated cheese with some wine - all melted together with some spices, and then you dip the bread pieces into the melt. And enjoy! (read below all about it - with tons and tons of pictures!)

Day 83 of Meta!!! Ah, so close!

Guess what am doing?!!!

HA HA - I'm doing dance cardio!!! :) How does Tracy manage to look so elegant when she is doing it? :)

Today I asked my bf to take some pics while I was jumping DC. And to be honest, I was a little shocked. :) I look sooooo funny. God, couldn't stop laughing. I don't look like I am working out, I look like I'm a child jumping on a trampoline... being silly too... And then look at the video.... OMG!

So, all in all, I have to say, I look ridiculous... And it is on day 83 of Meta - so I am supposed to be quite good in DC by now... But I still look like a little hippopotamus in training leggins jumping away :) Funny. :) But still, you have to agree - the view behind is breathtaking

Enough of making fun on my account... Let's get serious :) After overall three classes of tennis, I finally was able to return to every-day TA work outs. My muscles are still sore a little, but not too bad really. Tennis was fun, but returning to Meta feels good. I think I will try to combine it all now - I just needed my muscles to stop aching so much after every time playing tennis.

The MS in level 9 still kills me. I actually found arms quite hard - can't say I had that feeling ever since level 2 or 3... So, that is still a surprise: day 3 of level 9 and I still can hardly do the arms, and start screaming by the end. At the same time, abs seem quite doable - easier than in level 7 or 8. But the legs section. BOY!!!!

The very first exercise, which started in this position
... and then you have to kick your leg up...

So, my working leg actually didn't feel too much - but the supporting leg on the mat was killing me after 5 reps already!!!! I was shocked!!! C'mon - first exercise and in level 9 and it kills me?? Grrrr!

The rest of MS feels more doable - tough, but doable at least...

Off to work now again. Sigh.

Teaser: pics in level 8...

Folks, I decided to wait with the final pics of my results in Meta till I actually finish it: it is only 1 level left, only 9 more workouts, so if I publish anything now, it would be a little disappointing in 10 days: I don't expect HUUUGE changes in the last 10 days of Meta. Don't get me wrong, there will be changes, but not so visible I guess. (Besides, I am feeling a little bloated recently, so should wait a little)

So, you have to wait for the final comparison pics for another 2 weeks or so. But right now, as I did promise something, I am giving a little bit of a teaser :)

Some of you might recognise the picture below which was taken 7 years ago (or for those who are new to my blog, see my post "A little bit of history and pictures")... This picture (on the left) was taken when I was much younger, I didn't do any sports, but rather kept up the skinny self by not eating too much. Those were still the days, when metabolism was fast and I didn't have a worry in the world :) In all senses: I was a carefree student, not worried about jobs and money, not because I had money, but just because that is how you are when you are a student. I had some random jobs here and there. I studied, I succeeded and failed, and didn't really bother to exercise. But I was younger!

And so now I noticed some similarity of this old photo with the pic taken from the holiday we had in Italy this past June. And I thought to compare. And I myself was surprised. Truly. This was in a way a pic I was aspiring to: slender and kinda fit. But the comparison surprised even me. First, I do look as slim. If not slimmer. But, hey - second, I also look better and much more fit! Just look at those muscles on my upper-back, and look at that bum??!! I never had such a round cute bum!!!  Well, I'm not going to stop now. No, no, no! In four months I managed to get the body I wanted and even more than I ever thought possible, to be honest. I wish you all the same, guys! :) Impress yourselves and often!

Day 81 of Meta!!!!!

So, guess what? I have good news and bad news for you here.

I'll start with the good news. Well, as you can see in the title, I did start level 9!!! Wohoo! Continuity is really soon. To be honest, my hope for no sore muscles anymore by yesterday was just hope. It never came true. Well, my muscles didn't hurt soooo much, but they were still sore, so MS was extremely hard - especially on my right arm and left leg. I have no idea why, but it was. Not to mention, it did kick my ass. And hard. Boy, it was a workout. I had sweat dripping on my mat, me panting and going through a liter of water in just those 30 minutes. In the end I did some stretching and collapsed right there on my mat. At some point during MS my boyfriend came into the room and asked if he could watch (cheeky!!!) - so I kept complaining that it is not muscular structure, but some kind of acrobatics!!! So, folks, it was hard.

Other good news - I continued with tennis today. Class two. Which was also OK, I could get most of the balls, and sometimes - may be one in 6 serves I actually had those nice strokes. That felt good!
Take #2: class 2 of tennis. Started playing with the real adult balls :) And this time on this pic my legs actually look bulky... Am I all sturdy or what? Hmmm

But here come the bad news. Tennis killed me again. I did something to my left leg - again! I got a cramp in the middle of the class, and was thinking I might collapse. Had to take a breather and a water break, and then continue, but the pain never went away. And my right arm is also killing me again - a bit higher up this time, close to the shoulder. Soooo.... no MS for me today. And I will go to bed today with the hope that tomorrow I will feel so much better. I always try to believe in the best! Good day y'all!

Day 80 of Meta!!! And how tennis killed me...

Today I finally finished level 8. It just is like this with some levels: they take ages. I guess it also happens very often that right around level 6 you start losing interest and motivation, it gets harder and harder to keep going. Gets harder to keep yourself motivated and inspired, gets harder to reason with your laziness: the results (at least for me) don't come fast, or come only slightly visually - which are the hardest to notice. The numbers don't move much anymore. And the visuals very often depend on how the pictures are taken, what is the lightning, what are the positions... So, what I judge my progress by is how I feel every day, how I like my pics from the beach holiday and how my boyfriend likes the way I look :) (Though to be honest, he is never objective... :) )
I have to be honest: I like myself in a bikini these days. Still a lot to work on
(my inner-thighs are particularly stubborn), but I'm getting there!

Yesterday I didn't manage to do the workout. Yesterday I played tennis. Well, I tried. Lets say, I started learning. I guess it is like skiing: easier to learn when you are a kid. But I never did learn either of the things, so I think it is never too late to start. I had my first tennis class - privately one-on-one with the trainer. And here is another thing TA didn't prepare me for: tennis. My right arm and wrist were killing me - or rather they were both quite dead till the very night. I had weakness in my body all over (even had to take a nap!!!), which transformed into painfully strong muscle ache in my thighs, arms, back and butt in the morning. I didn't expect that - that's for sure! All the tennis players look so effortless, and gracious... And here I am feeling like an old lady: it hurts to sit, it hurts to get up, it hurts to go up and down the stairs, it hurts to simply move. But after all, I love this pain. I love love LOVE the muscle pain! I don't remember last time I was SO dead after exercise. And I think I should definitely continue! And I will try. Now I started looking at some tennis skirts online - if I am doing it, I'm going to do it in full attire!
My first class. Technique is horrible, but at least I don't miss the ball - well not too often :) I'm also a little shocked with a little too bulky shoulders of mine... I look really trained... Hmmm. Not sure I like it and dunno how to make it less.
Today I worked out alright. And believe me - it was NOT easy. My butt muscles were killing me! MS was so tough, I thought I would need to stop in the middle (and it was freaken level 8 - which I know by heart now and was able to do with ankle and wrist weights!!!) - it was literally hard to lift my left leg behind me. I'm honest. Who would have thought that tennis would do that to someone? :) But I pushed through it - cos I know muscles need to work out to feel better. So I am working them out. My right arm is still really weak, but the exercise actually helped. I also took long relaxing baths after tennis yesterday and TA workout today. And needed naps both days too. But I was happy to note that DC was actually relieving for muscles - it has lots of stretching and light muscle work, so I felt really good doing it and after it as well. Back muscle ache is nearly gone after it.

And so now I am happy to announce: I am done with level 8!!!! Done! Done! Done! Hurray!!!! Off to level 9 tomorrow - and I hope my muscles will feel better by tomorrow, as I heard a lot about level 9 - that it is indeed challenging. So I am excited and nervous a little. But excitement overtakes :)))

Have a good day everyone! I'm off to bed, hoping that tomorrow will wake up fresh and muscles feeling OK. Fingers crossed!

Day 79 of Metamorphosis

Today was a particularly hot sunny morning. In the mountains you never know what to expect... Yesterday we woke up to a thick fog - I couldn't see beyond our garden nearly. By the evening it was raining... In general it was a humid rainy day. Today it is crispy hot and sunny. And believe it or not, it is nearly impossible to do DC in the heat. I survived for about 20 minutes. After that panting and sweating, barely able to say a word, I moved into the house, where I found just enough space for the MS. Ah. But after the sun-sauna of DC, MS was really challenging. I was still exhausted, but I pushed through it. It was a great feeling to go through it. And my sweetheart is really taking care of me - by the time I finish shower, the breakfast is ready. Ah. I envy myself to be honest :))))
My breakfast: eggs, some ham and some bread (yeah, yeah, I know, but it is sooo good),
fresh juice, coffee and some fruit
Great day here in the Swiss Alps today, work is moving along, but not as fast and productive I was hoping for... Oh well. I only can do the best I can. :) Just have to make sure I actually do it. Having problems with not beating myself up, so try to stay reasonable.
Just our view for a little inspiration...

Just one more day and I'm moving to level 9! And then just another 10 workouts, and I will gloriously finish Meta! I have to be honest and say that I have never thought I would be writing it when I started... Yes, I wanted to succeed, but I was not at all sure. What a great feeling it gives. And also gives me strength in my PhD: if I can do Meta, I can do almost anything!!!!

Have a good day everyone!

Italy - the land of la dolce vita, crazy people and good food

(The original post is on my other blog (with lots of pics for those who are interested), but here I wanted to sum it all up a little bit.)

Meta didn't prepare me for the south of Italy. Not at all. I can't say I am out of shape, but walking 2000 steps down to the beach is simply NOT easy!

But to start from the very beginning... A week ago we (me and my sweetheart) travelled from Prague to the south of Italy. As it is quite a ride, we had to do it in two days. First day we made it to Verona, and second day we reached our final destination for a couple of days – Positano and the little village we were actually staying in – Nocelle.

Arriving to Nocelle meant sea, sun, beach, wine and lots and lots and lots (I mean LOTS) of great Italian food. (Beware danger: lots of pictures of food are to follow!!!)

Ah. I LOVE Italian food. I love food in general, but the freshness and simplicity of the Italian cuisine simply makes me a mad woman – what IS a diet when there is Italian food??!! I do like sea food, I am not a fan of it though, but it is famous in that area, so I ate that as well: all different prawns, mussels, octopus, cray-fish… Some of the best I have ever had!
Mussels and tomato pasta... Yes, I know pasta. But hey - you can't be in Italy
and NOT have pasta... It is just home-made and so good!

Octopus salad - with some tomatoes, black olives and... potatoes... I know,
potatoes - not so healthy, but hey - it was absolutely delicious!!!!

Seafood salad - lots of different seafood creatures mixed in one salad with
several leaves of  salad, some carrots and tomatoes.

Spaghetti Mediterreano - absolute delight, I could not resist. Spaghetti
with some cherry tomatoes, basil and  anchovies - fresh and yummy!

And the tomatoes and mozzarella!!!! Oh. My. God! Mozzarella is really nice in the area around Napoli (all those who think mozzarella is tasteless, would change their opinions when you try THIS mozzarella!!!), and boy I took advantage of that! I ate tomatoes every day.

Caprese in two variations. But Italians LOVE their big tomatoes. And mozzarella! Yum!

I ate pasta (yes, I know – grains, but hey – being in Italy and NOT having pasta is definitely a sin!) and pizza (not trying the real Italian pizza is also a sin), and all the grilled veggies, and fruit – oh yum!

Caprese ravioli: with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Grilled eggplant with some basil and parmeggiano.

Honestly don't remember the type of fish, but it was backed with mozzarella
and tomatoes - exquisite!

Steak with arugula (which we simply call rucola) and parmeggiano.

Pineapples are everywhere pineapples... But this was SO sweet :)

The real Italian lasagna! Doesn't look particularly impressive,
but it was SOOO good!

Coming from the European north makes me realise how much I am missing out on: the wonderful taste! We have good driving, rules, organisation and general respect of all people, but the southerners have boundless hospitality and friendliness, great food and wine, lots of chaos and general ability to relax and let go: the Italian “dolce vita”! I can’t say I would love to live the dolce vita, but being in it for a couple days is definitely enriching and useful. And I know it was not the healthiest experience, but it was all sooo good.

Now. As we lived on the top of the hill, we had to get all the way down from Nocelle to the seaside. And the first day we decided to go all the way down by walking the old steps: around 2000 steps all in total to the beach… And that is where I say that TAM did not prepare me for this! After an hour walking down the stairs till we finally reached Arienzo beach, the next morning I woke up with such a strong pain in my calves that I was not sure I would be able to walk at all. But I managed. :) It’s a great new exercise right?! Add on top of that swimming – a LOT – because it was really hot, and I am not a type of person to stay still in water. I like to swim, to explore. So when we went for a little boat trip, yes I did spend a great time frying my belly in the sun (I have extremely white skin, it is not bad for me to get some tan – on condition that I have 20-30 sun block minimum!), but I also spent a great deal of time jumping off the boat and swimming around – simply enjoying the luke-warm water or exploring the little caves along the coast. Wonderful day as well.
This is still some 1900 steps away from our destination (yes, down there)
and we are still cheerful and full of energy... :)

This is where we had to finally get... A long way...

Reached the beach, and I needed some rest.

Along the beautiful Amalfi coast

Positano and me

While being in the area we also went to visit Pompeii - the ancient town discovered under the lava. It was impressive but hot. The place is breathtaking, but honestly, advice to everyone: do NOT visit it in the summer. Spring or autumn would be the best! Really!
The beautiful Pompeii...

If you like to learn about history and experience it. Absolutely great!

And this is how dead you can be if you go there in the summer... So, don't. :) I felt like being for 4 hours in a desert. Shade is rare, water is scarce, 40 degrees heat, stone and burning sun - all this is NOT a good mix!

All in all, stay in Italy was wonderful – full of sun, food and healthy activities.

I did manage to fit in only two workouts – but hey with all the stairs, walking and swimming in the heat, I think it was almost OK exercise. Mind that with all the food indulgence (I really had a feast of Italian food!!!), I didn’t really gain weight. So it should have been OK. And after all it was a rest, a holiday, so I took it easy. And what a great way to get some energy: eat, have an active life, sleep. :)

Now the workouts are back, I am working in Switzerland. All is good and a little stressful. :) It’s serious PhD time after all now!

Stay tuned!

PS. Bikini photo session is coming up - I was particularly looking forward to showing off in my new bikini... :)))

Day 77 of Metamorphosis

Today the workout was easier. It was not too sunny. And at some point it started even raining – just small tiny little drops, but they were welcome and refreshing. :) I did full DC today on full speed and with all the energy (even though I didn’t feel like it in the beginning) – and it was pleasant and enjoyable when the sun is not shining right into your face. I noticed that it does make a great deal of difference on your feet what floor you do your DC. The best for me were so far parquet, laminate and linoleum (they are soft but not too soft, so are easy on your feet), but here I have some garden tiles to jump on. And my shoes - they are great really, and never gave me any pains or anything, but today I managed to get an aching blister. I hope that a) it will disappear till tomorrow and b) I will be able to jump again tomorrow!

During the MS a little rain started, so I took my laptop inside and continued legs exercises by memory : I have been so long on level 8, I remember it by heart now. It took a little longer, as the video was not “pushing” me a little forward, but then I really did all reps required and may be even a bit more. Tomorrow I am going to start doing MS with ankle weights: can’t wait to get even better results! But working out outside on fresh air is absolutely fabulous!
The view from our garden and my work out place

It gives me inspiration and peace of mind. I am doing MS almost meditatively, relaxed and enjoying every moment. Try it! If it is not too hot, try to work out in a park nearby (who cares about the on-lookers!!!! show your sexy bum!) or your back yard! It is absolutely great! So far I am loving it - as long as it doesn't shower right? :)

OK, back to work. After all I am here in Nendaz to work on writing up my PhD, so have to get going. 3 more days till the end of level 8, beginning of level 9 and some results - finally!!! Tale of Italy is still coming soon! :)

Day 76 of Metamorphosis

Aaaand I am back on the wagon again – and back online too! I will post later where I have been in the past two weeks (it was FUUUN!!!), but right now just a little update.

Today is day 76 of Meta for me and I can’t wait to finish level 8. Honestly. It’s been too long already.

Yesterday we finally reached our little hide-out in Switzerland – yes in the Swiss Alps… (told you, the story will be interesting, and with lots of pics :) ) It’s breathtaking! Really!

The Swiss Alps! On the way to the town Nendaz

We have a little chalet in a little village in Nendaz with an extremely picturesque view towards the villages resting on the mountain sides and the high picks with still some snow. Beautiful. But as villages go, there isn’t much to do: there is one restaurant about half an hour walk from here, and a cafĂ©. We don’t have internet (I am writing this in an “off-line mode” and will publish it when I do have access to Internet), we have to stack our fridge with yummy and healthy things, we have had some arguments about it too. I can’t imagine how those of you who live with husbands and kids manage to diet! Living on your own means you just have to fight your own vices, with people around it means you also have to jungle the family food and not get tempted to eat more than strictly necessary. And to be honest, I can’t even imagine following the TA dynamic eating plan when you have a family!!! Respect to you all!

The chalet we have is pretty small (just a kitchen-living room downstairs, bedroom, bathroom and a tiny extra room upstairs – and I mean everything is really small, so don’t snort when you hear about all those rooms), so there isn’t much space for me to work out. MS might be possible to fit somewhere when some furniture is moved out of the way, but DC? Forget it! So what do you think I did? :) I worked out outside!!! Yes, I am dependent on the weather and if it rains I’m kinda screwed. But how often do you have a chance to work out in the fresh mountain air, have a breathtaking inspiring view – and so simple, you just need to walk out of the back door. I am totally enjoying it! But weather is indeed a factor: I started my workout around 10am, and it was already sunny and warm. And believe it or not, after 5 minutes of DC I was sweating and breathless, hot and sticky. I don’t know if that is because of the break I had in DC (perhaps, partially), but I think it is mostly because of the sun. The workout gets extremely challenging in the sun!!! I managed to do 20 minutes DC, and then moved the MS to the shadow of a little bush. :) But I did it!

I felt great! Finally getting back to the daily workouts is great. I love it. I woke up with a smile and was sooooo looking forward to the workout. May be some breaks are sometimes necessary for us to start feeling better about the workouts? :)

Coming soon: our wonderful holiday in Italy and the different type of workout you can get there, lots and lots of pics, and soon soon soon some new results! (I have my measuring tape, my camera and new bikini – wohoo!) Stay tuned!
